1) Initial consultation
For systems above 20kW, this service is free!
For systems under 20kW, we require a minimal payment to process your application and perform an initial consultation.
2) System design and planning
Once you decide to install a solar system, we will give you an initial estimate. By paying only 5% of this estimate (or a minimum fee, whichever is greater), we will:
a) Perform a thorough feasibility study, and present you with all the available options, with an accurate quote
b) perform an electrical design of your system
c) produce architectural plans of your system
d) the Electric Company will review and accept our proposed designs
e) attain an engineering approval of your premises suitability
f) apply for planning permission
g) attain the electrical permits from the Electric Company.
3) Acquisition of planning permission and licenses to connect your system to the electric grid
Once the relevant approvals, licences and permits have been given, we will inform you and schedule the delivery and installation of your system, and agree the further payment schedule.
4) Secure order of equipment
A payment of 35% of the quoted price is due.
5) Delivery of equipment
To secure the delivery of the equipment, a payment of 35% of the quoted price is due at least 10 days before the delivery of the solar panels (or wind turbines).
6) Installation
Our team of expert installers will work to set up your system. This is a quick process and is expected to take less than 2 weeks.
7) Connection to the grid
Once our installation is complete, the Electric Company will perform a final safety check on your system, to ensure it is installed perfectly, and without any hazards.
